We Are Resilient
Resilience is the capacity we have inside of us that allows us to persevere and overcomes life’s difficulties.
As First Nations people we are Resilient, and our resiliency has been passed down to us from our ancestors. Our people have been through countless hardships since colonization had took place and it had catastrophic effects on our culture, traditions, languages, and over-all our well-being. What was made to break us made us into the resilient people that we are today.
Be proud of who you are, your ancestors have fought so hard for you to be here today!

Youth Empowerment
FSIN’s Youth Empowerment has been working under the mandate of the Saskatchewan First Nations Suicide Prevention Strategy. The strategy was developed to help reduce the high suicide rates among Saskatchewan First Nations people, particularly the growing numbers among our youth.
